About the Farm

Love is at the heart of everything we do at Monadnock Berries. We are a family farm where immediate and extended family chip in from near and far. In fact, when we employ people from surrounding towns we tend to involve their whole families, sometimes employing up to three generations from a single family at once.  Three of the first weddings we ever hosted were members of this group, because we all feel such a connection to this special place.

We are proud growers of blueberries, raspberries, black raspberries, strawberries, black currants, red currants and gooseberries, as well as a few tomatoes, cucumbers, hardy kiwis and herbs, in total about 20 acres of crops so far. We are primarily a pick your own farm for berries, meaning we are open to the public from 8am to 6pm daily from early July to at least mid-September. The entire community is involved with our harvest as they are able to harvest their own fruit, as fresh as one could ever get it.

This farm, and Hill Orchard that we lease in Westford, M.A. provides our entire living. It is an extremely hard job with little financial gain or stability, but Anthony and Fenella would not want to do anything else because growing healthy food for the community is their passion.

With this in mind, we ask that you have the upmost respect for our farm business as you plan your event as selling the fruit we grow is what puts bread on our table and pays the mortgage. We invite you to share in the beauty of this natural setting without jeopardizing the safety of our animals and machinery or integrity of our crops. While your wedding party must respect and preserve our working farm business, we will work to make sure your special day is beautiful, authentic and a cherished memory for the rest of your lives.

With wishes of love and health,

The Levick Family
